Then try to figure out what may be causing this reaction.

How does a habitat or environment affect bugs? What do bugs need to thrive?
Make a “Bug Hotel”
Use materials in (and outside) of your house such as boxes, tape, scissors (adult help), markers, grass, rocks, and sticks to make a comfortable bug hotel!
Leave your “Bug Hotel” outside for the day – or throughout the night and see what kind of bugs come to stay!
Take a picture or record a video of your hotel and the bugs! What kind of bugs do you see? Did certain bugs prefer sticks? Grass?
